During these  unprecedented times and the continuing worldwide  situation we’d like to clarify the following regarding our shipping costs.

All shipping is out of our London  warehouse with the exception of the John Derian & Jeanette Farrier collaboration which ships from New York throughout the USA.

Duties and taxes are paid by us when we ship from  the UK and we will continue to  do this.

We are not responsible for delays due to Customs in your country nor for losses.

As an importer / exporter we have seen the cost of international courier service rise throughout 2021 / 2022.

We are continually investigating the new companies who offer lower rates whenever available, but unfortunately reliability can become an issue.
